I worked closely alongside the Wave Garden Spa team to re-design their current website to make it an inspiring and relaxing space to browse your next retreat. Ensuring ease of user experience was paramount and that integration with their current booking system was seamless.
Based in North Wales and very proud of their heritage and location we added as many welsh translations in as possible for that personalised feel.
Where do we start, working with Rhiannen was a pleasure from start to finish. When we first met we told her all our wants for the website and how we would like to portray the business and what we needed from the website. Rhiannen worked quickly and efficiently and kept us up to date during the whole process.
When we first saw the website it was everything we wanted and more she had taken our vision and made it a reality. Within the first 48 hours of the website being created business was booming - We were getting so many enquiries and bookings. Within the first month we had 35k views on the website, which is incredible compared to the old website. We have had so many compliments about the website including how easy it is to navigate and user friendly.
